Entrecomp 4 Youth: Master Trainers Training

From 3 till the 5th of June Bantani Education organized the Master Trainers Training in Amman Jordan. Two highly experienced trainers from Bantani explained and let the group experiment with the principles of Entrecomp. 4 Participants that were carefully selected by Jordan River Foundation based in Jordan and 4 participants carefully selected by Sharek Youth Forum based on the Westbank Palestina will follow a series of trainings which will enables them to train other professionals in Youth work.

Entrecomp which describes Entrepreneurship as a competence which enables somebody to  act upon opportunities and ideas and transform them into value for others. The value that is created can be financial, cultural, or social.
The participants were also introduced to the Entrecomp Community that has members from 190+ countries and lots of resources in how to use it into educational programs.
After the training the participants expressed that they learn new skills and knowledge and that they are looking forward to the rest op the activities.
