We are a leading public organization with a clear goal: to make learning accessible, innovative and of high quality for everyone. Everyone deserves the opportunity for lifelong development.
Our roots lie in vocational education and in the power of learning combined with work. From this base, we support educational institutions, government and employers in issues of professionalism, advancement, talent development and equal opportunities.
As a partner in learning, we stand alongside our partners and have an eye for their specific context and development needs. Together, we ensure that knowledge and action together make an impact.
What we do
We provide expert advice and research-based solutions to strengthen learning and development and improve the connection to the labor market. The services and themes in which CINOP has expertise complement each other and together form a complete service package that optimally meets the needs of our clients.
We are building a rich, relevant knowledge base and developing it further in, with and for practice. In this way, we contribute directly to a sustainable and inclusive future for our partners in government, education and the labor market.
CINOP works on projects in a variety of countries worldwide. At the European level, we coordinate and support public programs that promote mobility, knowledge sharing and innovation.

ECBO
CINOP’s Center of Expertise in Vocational Education for learning through research and knowledge dissemination. We believe that better education leads to a better society. A society where there are opportunities for everyone to develop, where who you are counts and where what you do is valued.
ECIO
Expertise Center Inclusive Education is the Dutch expertise center that accelerates the movement towards inclusive education. We strive for an inclusive- and mentally healthy society. We see education as the key to change. Unique to ECIO is our expertise and network in education (mbo, hbo and wo). ECIO works in a socially driven and non-profit way.
