class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training focused on equipping teachers and trainers to work with the newly developed curricula on Food Processing, Eco-Tourism, Entrepreneurship, and Job Readiness. This activity also marked the official start of the first pilot phase, in which students will begin training with these new programs. To celebrate this important milestone, we were honored to welcome representatives from the European Union&nbsp;as well as the&nbsp; Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sport Mr. Camara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Eco-Tourism and Food Processing curricula, combined with a strong work-based learning component, aim to equip students with practical and relevant competences that increase their employability in these growing sectors. The value created can be social, cultural, or financial.\u201d These are not only business skills, they are competences for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the Job Readiness curriculum prepares young people for the labour market and provides them with practical tools for a confident and smooth transition into employment. During the ToT, strong emphasis was placed on these four curricula. Beyond content, we also integrated coaching skills and a gender-responsive approach, ensuring that teaching staff are well equipped to guide students in an inclusive and supportive way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training was highly appreciated and enthusiastically received by all participants.
